You have been cheating on your boyfriend and you don’t know whether or not to tell him – after all, what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him, right?

Wrong! When you are in a relationship, it must be built on trust. Without trust, there is no relationship.

Your boyfriend deserves to know the truth and should be given a choice as to whether or not he wants to forgive you and move forward with you as his girlfriend.

Cheating on your boyfriend may not be the end of the relationship if you have stopped the behavior and if you are truly sorry. The best thing to do is come clean.

Tell your boyfriend that you need to talk to him. Be prepared for him to get very upset and maybe even yell at you. You should even be prepared for the possibility of him breaking up with you.

When you begin to tell him, be honest about the reason. If it is because he doesn’t spend enough time with you or whatever, just let him know how you feel. But do NOT blame him for your cheating.
