 I Suspect My Husband is Cheating – Please Help!

I came across this post in the forum today and for some reason It brought me back to a time when I would wake up to a nauseous feeling in my stomach because of that very same feeling.

This post was from a woman that had been married for over 14 years and suddenly the gut wrenching feeling that her husband was cheating consumed her daily life.  She was a business professional in her late thirties that thought her life was on track and going well.

All of a sudden she feels like she is living a life full of emptiness.  Her greatest fear is facing and possibly having to confront infidelity.  With each passing day, the fear grows as the relationship becomes more distant.

“I Suspect My Husband is Cheating – Please Help”, is her cry for help.  She doesn’t know where to turn, because she is scared to admit to herself that her marriage is crumbling before her very eyes.

This post touched me, and I can only hope she finds the strength to get through this difficult time.  From my personal experience, my advice to her and to anyone experiencing something similar is to take action.

Steps to Getting Your Life Back on Track

Put Your Suspicions to Rest – As long as you have your doubts, the fear of the unknown will be present.  Sometimes this fear is just as bad as the consequences of infidelity.  You should know the signs of cheating men to look for that will help you to achieve this.

After you learn the signs of cheating to look out for, take action by employing resources such as cell phone monitoring or computer monitoring software to catch the low down cheater once and for all.

Rebuild Your Self Esteem – A common mistake that occurs is that the betrayed partner believes that they were cheated on because they were inadequate in some capacity.  This thinking will sink the wavering ship.

 Begin by becoming more assertive with your decisions and choices.  You deserve peace, love, and respect.   Your choices each and every day should be to inch you closer to achieving this goal.
