I will first discuss my thoughts on this matter.

There are scientific studies that point to the fact that men are visual creatures and are more stimulated by visual images than women are.

I absolutely do not think that because a man puts on a porn video, he is cheating on his partner. The act of watching porn is probably harmless, but if he is addicted to it or if he would rather watch porn that have sex with you then the issue may be a bit more complicated than originally thought.

Anything in excess is a problem, and I believe watching porn is the same.

You must remember that despite being married or in a committed relationship, your partner is an individual and may not always see things the same as you do. This is where communication comes in, and it is up to you to discuss matters such as this so that you both have a better understanding of each other's feelings on this topic.

If we consider this cheating, you would have to consider a woman reading a steamy romantic novel cheating as well. They both operate the same in which the mind is taken on a romantic or sexual fantasy for a moment.

I wasn’t surprised to see answers from both sides, but the reasoning for some did surprise me.
